Order Cancellation Policy
HoneyChilli is committed to providing the best service to its customers and has therefore implemented a flexible cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made immediately after placing the order (within 30-60 minutes). However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
Returns/Refunds?
We don't offer refunds at the moment. We do offer store credit in the form of coupons which are all provided with a deduction of Rs. 200 as shipping and reverse shipping charges.Ā
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service Team at honeychilliwork@gmail.com. The request will only be entertained if video proof of unpacking the product after receiving it is provided, or if the HoneyChilli team deems it a valid claim. This should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Please note: The product may not exactly resemble the image shown on the site. If you believe the product received significantly differs from the image or your expectations, please contact our Customer Service Team within 2 days of receiving the product. The team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.
Size Exchanges
Size exchange requests must be made via email (honeychilliwork@gmail.com) or Instagram (@honeychilli_). Size Exchanges are only applicable for 1 item per customer, meaning that exchanges of 2 or more items will not be approved. Size exchanges must be requested within 4 days of receiving the product for approval. Once the size exchange is approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup. After verifying the quality and authenticity of the returned product, the exchange will be further processed.
Please ensure that the products are not washed, torn, stretched, or stained in any way to qualify for an exchange. After approval, the customer will receive store credit equal to the value of the purchase, minus Rs. 200 as reverse shipping charges. The store credit will be issued as a discount code and sent via email or Instagram DM.
